Our office is in Portugal, but our products are printed and shipped from our partner facilities in the UK/USA/Germany (The Print Space)

Limited-Edition Fine Art Prints

All artworks and photographs available in our shop are original works created by us and offered as limited-edition fine art prints.

Each print is produced using a professional fine art printing service, employing specialist printing equipment and carefully selected papers commonly used for art and photographic reproduction.

Every order is printed with attention to detail and checked before dispatch to ensure accurate reproduction of the artwork.

Production & Dispatch* Times

Because we do not hold mass-produced stock, each print is prepared with care and attention before shipping.

Unframed Prints
•    Dispatch time: 1–2 working days
Framed Prints
•    Dispatch time: up to 10 working days

Framed works require additional time for professional mounting, framing, and final inspection to ensure the artwork is presented and protected to a high standard.

*Dispatch time refers to the period before the order leaves the production facility.

Shipping & Estimated Delivery Times

Once dispatched, delivery times depend on the destination and local courier services. Typical delivery windows (after dispatch) are:

Tracking information is provided as soon as your order has been shipped.

Packaging & Presentation

All prints are professionally and securely packaged to protect the artwork during transit.
Packaging methods are chosen according to the size and format of the print (flat or rolled) to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on local regulations.

Orders shipped to the United States, the European Union, and the United Kingdom are produced and shipped from within those regions and are not subject to customs charges at the border.

For deliveries to other countries, customs fees, import taxes, or handling charges may be applied by local authorities. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and, if applicable, are the responsibility of the buyer.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your artwork arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us promptly. We will investigate the issue and arrange a solution or replacement where appropriate.
